PFC Cases with Foam Interiors provide a quick and affordable custom package, expressly designed for your product. Whether die-cut, or made using our precision die-less cutting process, they are the perfect solution when the quantity is small, or where foam provides just the right “look and feel.”
While we always keep charcoal gray urethane and polyethylene foams in inventory, hundreds of other foam materials, colors, and finishes are readily available to meet your special needs.
Like all of our blow molded cases, PFC Cases with Foam Interiors are available with several value-added enhancements including die-cut flaps and other compartments for product literature or manuals, lift-out interior trays, and hot stamped logos to maximize your brand identity.
Like all of the cases we make, PFC Cases with Foam Interiors are blow molded from recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Why? Because no other material even comes close when it comes to impact strength (even in the coldest weather), resistance to solvents and oils, and durability. PFC Cases with Foam Interiors will never rust or corrode. Their color is molded in, so it can never chip, peal, or rub off. And our scratch resistant Mold-Tech™ exterior finishes stay looking good, even after years of hard use. PFC Cases with Foam Interiors also incorporate our patented mechanical hinges and latches – the industry standard.
In addition, we can add foam pads or other small inserts to both PFC Cases with Molded Interiors and PFC Custom Cases to meet your unique technical or marketing requirements. |
