New UPS Rates: Early in 2007 UPS changed their rate structure for standard and oversized cartons. PFC has shipped in a carton previously classified as "Oversize 1". The new rates would have almost doubled the price per case to ship UPS. To reduce shipping cost and provide the lowest cost per case PFC has changed it's standard carton size for all cases 17" and smaller. Please refer to the new size list and carton counts for exact carton quantities by size. Click the link below for our size list.

We use the following shipping methods:

UPS - Our cartons are sized to ship within standard UPS rates. We can ship under your UPS number or ours and invoice for freight.

Common Carrier - The carrier of your choice.

Local Pick-up - If your are within driving distance of our facility you are welcome to pick-up your order. Please let us know when you will arrive so we can be ready to assist you.

Shipping Policies:

PFC cases are packed in our standard cartons without dividers. Carton counts will vary depending on case size. All of our cartons are sized for UPS shipment. Truck shipments are sent freight collect, either floor loaded or stacked on available skids. There is no minimum order quantity. Many stock case orders can be shipped in 24 hours. Minimum order quantities, longer lead times, and extra charges will apply for cases with special order options. Most stock case orders are shipped form our Massillon, Ohio facility.

Tracking your order:

For UPS shipments tracking numbers will be provided. Standard bills of Lading will be supplied for truck shipments.
